Anyone over 48 inches tall and brave enough can try free fall cliff dive almost vertical drop through a tunnel at speed up to 45 mph.
Go racing with your friends on a mat in four lanes of steep rolls. You better hold on to your inner tube on a little bit scary the dark hole ride.
950 foot lazy river going through a rain forest, good place to rest from rides for all ages.
Bumper boats a lot of fun, shoot from water gun to your competition while bumping at each other.
Large pool featuring couple slides and waterfall will keep busy all smaller kids.
If your children are old enough to play on their own, grab a lounge chair and relax in adult only pool with bubbles like in jacuzzi.
Plenty of space for sunbathing around or if you like you can find some shade too.
Wild water and wheels - just from the name you already can tell it is not only water park they offer also dry attractions like go carts and 18 holes mini golf in the same park.
The staff is very nice and many lifeguards in the park making sure everyone is safe.
Just like in many amusement park the first hours and the last few hours are the best time to ride if you are trying to avoid crowds, also after 2PM you can get cheaper tickets.
The park has changing and shower facilities, food court, lockers (for a small fee), no extra charge for slide mats and inner tubes.
They open at the end of May till beginning of September from 10AM til 5-6PM.
Many visitors in town compare Wild Water & Wheels to Myrtle Waves and come up with the same question:
which Myrtle Beach water park is a best to have a great time? Both parks good for their own things.
Myrtle Waves is more popular and couple slides could be a little bit better, located in main Myrtle Beach area so it does get pretty busy, sometimes you might have to wait for couple hours for the best slides and it's worth it.
Wild Water & Wheels located 9 miles south in Surfside beach rarely gets any lines, even on busy times you might wait less then 30 minutes and they offer go carts with mini golf too.
So it depends where you staying or what you like, but you not going to be disappointed with one or other Myrtle Beach water park.
Admission: over 48" tall $26.98(after 2PM $10 off), under 48" tall $16.98(after 2PM $2 off), seniors 55 years and up $16.98(after 2PM $2 off). 2 years old and under are free.
Unlimited go carts, mini golf and bumper boats are $10 with paid water park admission, or $14.98 without paid water park admission. All prices are plus tax.
